Fantastic alternative to tearing parchment paper off the rolls.

I didn’t measure my cookie sheets before purchasing this item but it is plenty big enough and covers most of the cookie sheet. This is such a great alternative to tearing off a sheet from a roll of parchment paper which often resulted in uneven pieces and rips. I have used Reynolds parchment paper for years … including when I was decorating lots of cakes. I would make cones out of it dropping my tips into it rather than messing with washing the plastic cones all of the time. You cannot go wrong with this product. I was thrilled to purchase these as an “add-on item”.

I usually cut my parchment paper to fit my pans. Even though I use the USA baking pans I don’t like the ridges on the bottom of my cookies so I use parchment paper and the cookies get so nice. Well with cutting it takes alot of time and you do waste alot. When I saw these in Food Network Magazine I knew I had to search them out. They arrived quickly in time for my cookie baking and I love them. You can get them for approx. 14cents a sheet and if you are making alot of cookies of the same batch you can get a few batches out of each sheet. I even used them once the cookies were done that I was dipping some in chocolate to place them on to set and they worked very well. Easy cleanup. I highly recommend these for the busy baker.
Forget spray oil, use parchment as a non-stick liner.

I am sick of using spray oils to grease my bakeware. I spray and flour them and still big chunks break off from sticking to the pan. The answer: parchment paper! Finally figured out that parchment not only makes the best non-stick pan liner but it also peels off the cake easily. Now I have to do a little creative scissor and folding work to turn these cookie sheet liners into cake pan liners but the results are worth it. Suggestion to Reynolds: make a pre-formed parchment line for cake pans!
I like to bake so I’m always using the cookie sheet. I have parchment paper on a roll but someone gave me a packet of these cut ones and I immediately saw the benefit of having this — not having to cut the parchment. It also has lines so IF it needs cutting, you can easily cut a straight line. I like “tools” and this is one of the tools. Why mess with the rolls when you just have to grab one of these cut ones and start laying out your cookies and other items with no mess?
Awesome! And cheap!

I am a cooking snob. I always bought my parchment paper at fancy cooking stores. But I ran out and could not get into town soon enough so I ordered these on a whim. Wow!! Sooooo much better than the roll out paper I had been using. These fit my sheet pans and do a great great job. Sorry to get so excited over it, but it was kinda life changing — and wallet changing. More expensive is NOT always better.
Wonderfully non-stick, but come annoyingly folded

I am giving these four stars, because even though they function as they are supposed to, they come in a box where they are folded into quarters. I figured they would at most be folded in two (usually I order larger quantities and they arrive flat in a stack), but no, this is folded into quarters. Which makes it really irritating when you’re baking something really lightweight (like macaron) and you have to avoid the creases in order to not have a deformed cookie. If you want them flat, you’d have to pull out the sheets significantly ahead of time and press them between two cookie sheets or something. For normal cookies, they work fine. Baked goods come right off of them, and they leave my pans looking perfectly clean afterwards!
Easy and Effective
I used them to bake s’mores bars, brownies, and cookies, and they worked wonderfully. There was no sticking from the bars, brownies, or cookies! That allowed for an incredibly easy cleanup; there was no mess at all! The baking sheets also allowed the bars, brownies, and cookies, to bake evenly and not crack in the oven. Plus, the baking sheets could be reused from batch to batch. I’d definitely recommend this product.
